How to delete your RSC account, from the website or the RSC app, and what happens to your data.

Delete Your RSC Account
Sign in to the account you want to delete, then come back to this page. In the RSC app, you can also open your profile, then Settings, then Delete account.
Can't sign in? Email rsceurope@hotmail.com from the email address on your account, or open a ticket in our Discord, and tell us your RSC username. We will confirm it is your account and delete it within 30 days.
What We Delete
Your login details: email, password and linked sign-in methods such as Discord or Apple
Your profile: avatar, bio, country, date of birth, social links and profile styling
Your linked game and platform accounts
Your roles, permissions, sessions and tokens
Your app devices, notification settings and notification history
Your league sign-ups, tryout sign-ups, mini-game data and testimonials
What We Keep
Match results, statistics, rosters and awards stay in the league's history so standings stay correct, but your name is replaced with "Deleted user" and they are no longer linked to you.
Disciplinary records, such as bans and offences, are kept until the punishment ends and then for up to 2 years, so a ban cannot be avoided by deleting an account.
Deletion usually happens straight away and always within 30 days. Copies in our backups are removed as those backups expire. See our Privacy Policy for more.
